Through my experience designing and implementing different recreational programs, I learned what a vital role fitness plays in our lives.  When I don’t run or train, I feel lethargic, unhappy and unable to keep up with my busy lifestyle.  Eating healthy and staying active is going to give you more energy, allow you to have more self confidence, and live a longer, healthier life.  It is never too late to start getting healthy... I finished my first Half Marathon at age 30, I continue to run races, and have never felt better!  As a mother I know how hard it is to take time for yourself, our classes are designed to accommodate you and your children so mom gets her workout and socialization and so do your kids!

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, my hope is that I can help the class recognize the benefits of continued fitness even with little ones in the house.  I struggled through many different forms of childcare to facilitate my exercising.  Fitness with kids model incorporates piece of mind childcare with interactive and exciting bootcamp style fitness. The result is a convenient and effective form of exercise for mothers. I have enjoyed the mental and physical benefits of exercise during my time spent raising my girls. My classes will encourage you to incorporate your child’s zest for life into a fitness philosophy.  I look forward to helping you gain some concrete results and have fun doing it!

Robyn Xenis
Robyn is a stay at home mom of 2 girls, one who is in grade two and the other just one year old. She has cared for children in her home ever since her 7 year old daughter Bella was born, but now that she has another little one of her own, she is taking a break from doing daycare and is excited to work as a caregiver for Fitness with Kids. She is especially great with the babies, even holding 3 babies at once if needed!
 
Sandra Tortorelli
Sandra is a mom  to 3 wonderful boys, one in school, and 2 preschoolers.  She helps out by babysitting at Fitness with Kids classes in her spare time and has lots of experience with children.
 
Baylee Sharples
Baylee is a teenager who is helping out with the children at Fitness with Kids for the summer.  She is a regular babysitter for some of our bootcamp moms, and is wonderful with the children. Her mom runs a dayhome, so she has had lots of experience working with small children, and her love of children shows at every class.
