Class Descriptions
Mom & Tot Bootcamp:Get a challenging total body workout in and bring your children ages 0-5 along! This is a bootcamp style workout for the moms with a play area set up for the kids! For those children that want to join in, they are included in the workout too. Exercises will be modified appropriately for all levels from beginners to advanced and every participant will be challenged. This class was designed as an innovative solution for mom to exercise! Moms work hard, kids play hard! (Classes running September through May)
Bootcamp & Babysitting (outdoors):Parents exercise while their kids of any age play at the playground under the supervision of our qualified caregivers! Whether you are a new mom or a seasoned athlete, there are many options for you at this class. We will practice different types of interval training using a variety of equipment. This class includes a full body workout that focuses on losing inches, gaining strength, toning your body and building your cardio. We will always be close to your children, however there will also be multiple babysitters onsite to look after and play with the kids. (Classes running June through August)
Small Group Personal Training Individualized Training Sessions in a group. Get that personal attention, and be pushed at your individual level, but at the fraction of the cost! Without being a full bootcamp class, working out in a small group offers extra motivation from the others in the group. and a fun atmosphere with lots of encouragement. There is little chance of you cheating or giving up if others are watching. Being that it is a personal training session, you get to work on your specific goals and have the session catered to your needs, which means seeing results faster. Grab a friend or spouse or sign up on your own! Either way, you will be pushed to your full potential. And again, your kids are more than welcome to come along.
